Tortilla

Tortilla is one of the easiest and more versatile dishes in the Spanish cuisine. It's really easy to make and you can eat it plain or add different toppings inside of eat, you can even put it in the middle of to slices of bread and have a super easy sandwich!

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 big potatoes or 10-12 small ones, just remember to cut them on small pieces.
  • Olive oil
  • 1 big onion (you can do it without it as well)
  • Salt
  • 4 eggs
Steps:
  1. Chop the onion and potatoes in small pieces.
  2. Put a good amount of olive oil on the pan.
  3. Slowly cook the potatoes onion until they are soft, you can smash it a little bit.
  4. Beat the eggs.
  5. Put the potatoes and onion in the eggs, try to not put too much oil in the mix.
  6. Heat the pan and put the mix back in.
  7. Turn the omelette upside down, use a plate to help you.
